Like most manufacturers of chemical substances in Europe, Unger receives inquiries from customers in various areas, requesting information on what we intend to do in respect to registrations of substances in REACH. Consorted efforts by stakeholders in the various product supply chains has been and will be established to provide standardized information regimes that will facilitate structured and efficient models for implementation of REACH requirements.
Unger will preregistrate (between 1. june 2008 and 1.december 2008) all the substances in our products necessary to fulfill the requirements of the REACH documentation.
All uses documented for our products by our DUs will be handled through the REACH registration process from 1 january 2009 and onwards. Most of this work will be handled through SIEFs for each individual substance.
